If you decide to keep going, I’ll be seeing you weekly or bi-weekly in 1:1 hour-long coaching sessions. A typical coaching process usually lasts about 3 months, but you’ll be free to stop the process at any point.

These sessions will be based on active listening in a confidential, non-judgmental setting to encourage authenticity and introspection.
