Through evidence-based psychological exercises and insightful questioning, I facilitate a tailored journey of introspection. My objective isn't just to help you connect with who you are; it's to clarify your vision and actively bring you closer to your ideal self

During these sessions, we will alternate:
- Moments of exploration through in-depth questioning, in order to identify the problems encountered and the resources available to overcome them.
- Followed by Psychological interventions (visualizations, narrative analysis, personality tests, role-playing, etc.) to integrate the concepts and solutions arising from the exploration phases.

Psychology of Fiction
I’ve always admired fiction for its ability to reach us on an emotional level, in a way every day life mostly can’t. It’s certainly been a major force in my own identity formation.
And that’s why I leverage our media consumption habits by making it a little more mindful through psychological analysis of scenes and characters
