Thriving Relationships
When people feel genuinely seen and understood at work, collaboration deepens, conflict reduces, and the whole team moves forward together. This is why this workshop explores the foundations of positive professional relationships. From the subtle power of non-verbal communication to the art of truly hearing what a colleague needs. Drawing on a variety of psychological frameworks, participants develop a richer understanding of how they relate to others and how to do it better. The main skills that this workshop focuses on are developing are: a more flexible communication style to connect with all sorts of colleagues; developing positive interactions; identifying others strengths and underlying motivations; and taking on leadership roles to consider the kind of influence they want to have

A strengths-based section using the VIA framework helps people reconnect with what they naturally do best, while a values identification exercise brings clarity to what matters most. Narrative identity work offers a meaningful opportunity to reflect on personal story and direction, and a guided ideal self visualisation opens space for possibility and intention
